Affiliate Disclosure

Tiny Doings is a participant in affiliate programs, which means we earn a small commission when you click a link on our site and make a qualifying purchase. It costs you nothing extra. The commission helps us keep the lights on and lets us continue producing in-depth, ad-light content.

Programs we participate in

  • Amazon Associates Program — Tiny Doings is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
  • Wayfair Professional Affiliate Program (when applicable)
  • Target Partners (when applicable)
  • Etsy Affiliate Program (when applicable)
  • Skimlinks / Sovrn Commerce (catch-all affiliate network for products from other retailers)

We may add or remove programs over time. Active programs are reflected in this list.

How we choose what to recommend

We recommend products we have personally used, tested, or — at minimum — researched extensively. We do not recommend products solely because they pay a higher commission. When a product has a meaningful tradeoff (build quality, longevity, fit) we say so directly.

Where we have not personally tested a product, we say “we haven’t tested this — here’s what owners report” so you can weigh our research-only recommendations differently.

How affiliate links look

Affiliate links on Tiny Doings may go through our own cloaked URL (e.g., tinydoings.com/go/product-name) which redirects to the retailer. This is for tracking and link-management, not deception — the destination is the retailer site, and you’ll see the destination URL change when you click.

Editorial independence

No retailer pays us to write a positive review. No retailer reviews our content before publication. Our editorial decisions — which products to feature, how to describe them, whether to recommend them — are entirely independent of any affiliate program.

Sponsored content

If we ever publish sponsored content (we don’t currently), it will be clearly labeled “Sponsored by [Brand]” at the top of the post.
